Terms of service
Who may use Protocol
Protocol is a private tool provided to invited members of one team. It is not offered to the public, and access may be withdrawn at any time.
Acceptable use
- Use Protocol only for meetings you organise or take part in.
- Tell the other participants when a call is recorded, and follow the recording and consent laws that apply to you and to them.
- Send meeting invitations only to people you actually mean to meet; do not use Protocol to send unsolicited messages.
Google services
Meeting rooms and calendar events are created in Google Meet and Google Calendar, and their use is also subject to Google's own terms. How Protocol handles Google user data is described in the privacy policy.
No warranty
Protocol is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Transcripts and meeting records are produced automatically and can contain mistakes; check anything important against the recording. To the extent the law allows, the team that runs Protocol is not liable for losses arising from its use.
